Chevy Colorado Z71 Ready to Rule Truck Market

20 percent of all vehicles sold in the country are pickups, and the Chevy Colorado is looking to join the party! Here are a handful of reasons to love the Chevy Colorado Z71.

Ride Quality: The Z71 Package comes with an upgraded suspension, a game-changer when it comes to smoothing over bumps on and off the road. With over 8 inches of ground clearance, the ZL1 can easily travel a mountainside trail or jump curbs while you are safe and sound inside.

Power: There are three engines to choose from in the 2021 lineup, so there is something for everyone! The 2.8-liter Duramax now produces 181 horsepower and a potential 30 mpg highway for those looking for a capable work truck that is also economical. You can also get either a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder with 200 horsepower or a 3.6-liter V6 that cranks out 308 horsepower and a 0-60 mph launch time of just 7.1 seconds.

Trail Boss: The Trail Boss package provides a greater suspension lift and gets rid of the front air dam. This makes way for more ground clearance, underbody skid plates, and brand-new alloys. During the first month it was offered, the Trail Boss package tripled its projected orders in a single month, exceeding expectations as Chevy always does!

Customization: The Chevy Colorado is one of the most easily modified trucks on the market, and can be personalized to bring your own style to the vehicle. Aftermarket parts now account for a huge number of total sales, and the simple bolt-on options mean you don’t have to be a mechanical genius to beef things up a notch.

Get Savings on Reliable Chevy Traverse During 2021 Holiday Season

November is an awesome month for many reasons. It’s the time for growing out a moustache, football pools, and brand-new vehicles rolling onto dealership lots. This year, you can get a Chevy Traverse discount and interest-free financing on 2021 and 2022 Traverse models! The recent refresh allowed for wheel design revisions, the addition of wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, standard LED headlights, and an automatic stop-start disable switch.

With its spacious cabin, strong performance, and efficient V6, the Traverse boasts great infotainment tech, and room for up to eight that can settle into comfort inside the cabin. The RS model has 20-inch wheels, heated front seats, automatic high-beam headlamps, in-dash navigations, a 120-volt household style outlet on the back of the center console, leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel, automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assist, and a brand-new dual exhaust.

Space is key in an SUV. Offering the most first-row cubby storage in its class, it has long been known as the cargo-hauling champ in its segment. As SUV sizes have decreased over the last few years, bigger can still be better when it comes to weekend gatherings and hauling everyone around!

The 2021 Traverse earned a five-star rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and comes standard with key safety features such as available blind-spot monitoring, forward-collision warning, and lane-keep assist. Also included as standard are a 7-inch touchscreen multimedia system with 8-inch screen available, and other available upscale features are leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, heated second-row seats, wireless device charging, and power-folding third row.

With a strong 4.9/5 in the reliability category on the Cars.com review, the comfortable ride, climate control for each row of seats, and USB ports for each row, it is a perfect commuting car. Every Traverse comes with a 3.6-liter V6 that can tow up to 5,000 pounds, and all-wheel drive is available with Traction Mode Select.

Chevy Brings Wide Assortment of Custom Vehicles to SEMA 2021

The SEMA Conference is one of the most highly-anticipated events of the year as future concepts and all the best developments in the auto industry are on display. The Chevy Beast truck and the fully-electric Project X hot rod were a few of the standout selections from a flurry of show-stopping goods. Chevy also brought a few more lightly customized versions of their full-size trucks and SUVS that illustrate what the future could hold.

The Tahoe Z71 Overlanding Concept was the most eye-catching according to Autoblog, as it appeared in candy-apple red. With a lifted suspension and 33-inch tires on custom beadlock wheels, this is an awesome concept that turns America’s favorite large-sized SUV into a trail-crushing and dune-conquering machine. There’s even a rooftop tent and portable cooler ready to go!

The Suburban Street Concept boasts stock suspension that has been lowered to conquer crowded streets. It also is uniquely darkened in black with a new grille that spells out “Chevrolet” and has black badging with a matte black hood decal. This unique breed of what the GM Authority experts call “expressive street style” begins with the 2022 Chevy Suburban High Country base. It does a great job of convincing Suburban owners to experiment with a build and explore all the options available to them.

The Silverado High Country Midnight Edition Concept gets the black-out treatment with a custom grille and badges on top of 22-inch wheels. There are other available accessories like black exhaust tips, audio built for tailgating, a power tonneau cover, and Brembo six-piston front brake calipers. This top trim has a nicer cabin thanks to a fully digital gauge cluster and a 13.4-inch touchscreen. Lower trim levels are still equipped with safety suites, including everything from automated emergency braking to lane-keeping assist.

It is amazing to see what is in store for Chevy’s future, and this year’s SEMA show was full of surprises! Whether it is rugged off-road trucks, street savvy XXL-sized haulers, or family crossover SUVs, the concepts that Chevy has in store for America’s everyday auto owner are going to be tremendous at every turn!

2023 Corvette Z06 Ready to “Put The World on Notice” With Star-Studded Internet Film

There is nothing as All-American and exciting as the Corvette, and Chevy has debuted an exciting digital film called “Putting the World on Notice” that highlights the incoming 2023 Corvette Z06. The film details its capabilities on the track, cutting-edge technology, and world-class craftsmanship with help from some superstars.

Devin Booker is the star guard for the Phoenix Suns, who made it all the way to the NBA Finals last season! Booker became interested in exhilarating cars after growing up around the Corvette, and often shows up to his games in a polished and primed Corvette of his own.

Oliver Gavin is no stranger to the challenges and demands of the racing world, having five wins at 24 Hours of Le Mans under his belt. He’s an expert in Corvette racing, and knows his way around a Corvette like a true master of the craft.

Emelia Hartford is a skilled driver and performance engineer who has her own 2020 Corvette Stingray! Her love for awesome and capable cars began with the Chevy small block platform. She has gained a sizable and enthusiastic following that is always looking for her performance build updates.

Bruce Meyer is the founding chairman of the Petersen Automotive Museum. He’s also a well-versed collector whose garage includes iconic Corvettes that have competed in and won some of the globe’s most challenging track contests. This is an individual who has a vast knowledge of supercharges, gravity, modern developments, and the spirit of an esteemed and well-celebrated classic.

During this film, the designers behind the Z06 outline the process that led to the most powerful Corvette yet. The Corvette has a distinguished and picturesque legacy, and its premium touches and mammoth power make for a car that displays as much raw passion as its creators. Considerably wider than the standard Corvette Stingray, the Z06’s naturally aspirated 5.5-liter V8 also is going to provide a sound that is unlike any Corvette before!
