2021 Chevy Traverse To See Expanded Availability Of Midnight and Sport Edition Packages

Our favorite time of the year here at the Mid-Missouri Powerhouse is always that much better when we have news about our favorite models gaining exciting additions! Customers right here and nationwide have been showing tons of love for our range of Midnight, Sport, and RS trims. The 2021 Silverado and Equinox already have the added benefit of these trims available, and now the Traverse will offer these super cool special editions as well. Providing you with the chance to enjoy your brand-new Traverse with the custom look you desire directly from the factory also generates even more interest after your social circle notices you arriving behind the wheel of something this hot!

The Midnight Edition is available on the LT and LS trims, and adds Mosaic Black paint, black accents, and specialty-characteristic black badging. The Sport Edition comes on the same trim   levels and keeps the black accents while providing other choices for color. Now that the Traverse is including these two special editions, half of Chevy's SUV lineup now boasts them. On the Chevy Trax, these packages account for one in five sold, living proof of their fast-rising popularity.

The Equinox also enjoys the gain of the RS trim for the 2021 model year, and one in three of  every Blazers sold and one of four Trailblazers sold came equipped with it this year. The Redline Edition model accounts for 85% of sales from the SUV lineup, and 60% of Traverse buyers select it as an add-on as well. With seating for 7 or 8 and a bit larger frame than other midsize SUVs, the Traverse is comfortable, compliant, and possesses ample power for the day's numerous errands.

The standard V6 engine, ability to tow up to 5,000 pounds, and opportunity to keep your passengers comfortably at arm's length as a family hauler are all great reasons to choose the Traverse. The Smartslide 2nd-row seat allows you to simply pull a handle and open a larger entrance making way to the 3rd row. The optional rear camera mirror enables the rearview mirror to show a clear, wide image of what's behind you, allowing for greater safety and peace of mind during every single trip. The central infotainment touchscreen comes in a standard 7-inch size or an optional 8-inch version, with a functional and very easy-to-use layout.

Both the Midnight and Sport Edition Packages will see a fitting new home on-board the Traverse, a vehicle that stands out among the competition for a daily and weekend getaway driver. Don't hesitate to also check out the top-end High Country model, which goes big on chrome accents and also provides a twin-panel power sunroof. As the options for trims and special editions become more plentiful, so do your reasons to come and see us this holiday season at the Powerhouse, where we guarantee your perfectly-honed ride is just waiting to make your permanent acquaintance!
